Cancelling your order
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it in full, including delivery costs. Please include photographs of the item and its packaging.
How to return an item
- Email info@jnled.org with your order number and the reason for return.
- We will reply with written confirmation and a returns reference number, usually within two working days.
- Write that reference clearly on the outside of the parcel and send it to the address below.
Items may only be returned after written confirmation from us. Parcels sent without a returns reference will not be accepted or processed.

Who pays for return postage
We cover return postage where the item is faulty, damaged or was sent in error. Where you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, the return postage is yours. We recommend a tracked service — we cannot refund an item that does not reach us.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of our receiving the item, once we have inspected it. Original delivery charges are refunded where the return is due to a fault or our error.
Warranty
Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty stated on the product page. Warranty claims follow the same process — email info@jnled.org with your order number and a description of the fault.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and any dispute falls to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
