2. Products
We sell LED drivers, controllers and related lighting accessories. Product specifications, images and prices are provided in good faith but may be revised at any time. Colour and exact appearance may vary slightly from images due to display differences.
3. Pricing & Currency
Prices are displayed in HKD (Hong Kong Dollars) unless otherwise stated. International orders may be converted at checkout by the payment processor. All prices exclude shipping and applicable duties/taxes unless stated.
4. Orders
An order becomes a binding contract once we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g. suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability) with a full refund.
5. Payment
We accept PayPal, major credit/debit cards (via WooCommerce Payments and PayPal), and other methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers; we do not store card details.
6. Shipping
Orders are dispatched from Hong Kong. Delivery times and costs depend on destination and carrier selected at checkout. Risk passes to the buyer once goods leave our warehouse. Tracking information is emailed to you after dispatch.
7. Returns, Refunds & Warranty
See our Return & Refund Policy for full details. Standard returns: 30 days from delivery. Custom/special orders: non-returnable unless defective. Manufacturing warranty: 12 months.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on jnled.store (text, images, logos, product photography) is owned by JNLED or licensed for our use. You may not reproduce, redistribute or exploit it without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JNLED is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The “Effective Date” above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
